Identical to the 25X in size, features, and structure, the All-American® 50X Electric Steam Pressure Sterilizer has a 1650 watt heating element that makes start-up 50% faster and its heating capacity 36% higher. It also features a 60-minute mechanical bell timer.This 25 quart unit weighs 29 lbs., measures 12.5" x 16.75" and has an inner chamber size of 11" (diameter) x 8" (depth). Clamping locks prevent removal of cover while pressure is present. To protect table or counter surface from heat, an elevating support stand is included.
