Minimum Order

The total of your order, before shipping charges, must be at least $20.00.

Shipping Charges

Actual shipping charges plus a small handling fee ($3 for UPS packages, $4 for postal service) will be added to your merchandise total and charged to your credit card after we've been able to pack and weigh your items. The total charges to your credit card will be detailed in a shipping confirmation email, and on the receipt inside your box.

Shipping Methods

For shipments in the continental USA, we generally use UPS service. Ground service delivery usually takes no more than 5 business days to states east of the Mississippi River. Midwestern service averages 3-4 business days and service to west coast states is 1-3 days. Expedited air service is available for actual shipping charges plus a $4 rush handling fee.

For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we use insured air mail through the USPS. For international orders, we use DHL or air parcel post. Delivery times vary for international orders and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Turnaround

Close to 90% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of when the order is placed. Delays in shipping occur when there are billing questions, incomplete forms, or an item is out of stock.

An important note about on-line ordering: Orders placed after 1:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time will be processed the next day, as will orders placed on weekends and holidays. This applies to all orders, even those with Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day guarantee shipping requests.

Your personal and payment information are processed in a safe environment that has been authenticated by an independent internet security company.

Government and Bulk Purchases

Cascade HealthCare accepts government purchase orders and credit cards. We may also be able to offer additional pricing discounts for bulk purchases. Please call our special sales manager at (503) 595-1720 with your request.

Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit or debit cards, as well as purchase orders (see below). To pay by check or money order, please phone in your order and allow us to calculate any applicable shipping charges to ensure payment in full. Orders prepaid by check will be held until we receive your payment. International orders require prepayment via credit card or wire transfer. We reserve the right to require wire transfers for certain international orders.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from health departments, universities, hospitals, and state or government agencies. Our terms are net 30 days; shipping will be prepaid and added to the invoice. All purchase orders must be faxed to 503-595-1726.

Special Orders

If you didn't find the product you're looking for on our website, please call or e-mail us to inquire about it. We may be able to use our buying power to get you a great price on the specific unit you want. Special order items are not returnable and must be prepaid.

Due to conditions beyond our control, prices and shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

Our Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the item you purchased, we'll gladly accept the return of your unused merchandise within 30 days after the purchase date. Returns must be received in resaleable condition, with original packaging and with all applicable paperwork in order to qualify for a refund. Please note that birth kits, disposable birth supplies, bulk herbs, DVDs, CDs and videocassettes are non-returnable.
