SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping options are provided after you enter your shipping address.

International Shipping options are not available online. Once your order is placed, we will send you an e-mail with all shipping options & costs. Your order will process once we receive a confirmation on which shipping option you choose.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from hospitals, universities and government agencies. Please e-mail purchase orders to cascadeorders@gmail.com

Returns

Cascade HealthCare Products has a 30-day return policy which applies to unused merchandise returned in perfect condition. You are responsible for return-shipping costs and for properly packaging products in a way which will prevent damage. Items received in damaged condition due to improper packaging will not receive credit.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Birth Kits

  • Disposable Birth Items

  • Bulk Herbs

DAMAGED PACKAGING

At Cascade HealthCare Products, our staff works hard to ensure your purchase is packaged accurately and properly for safe delivery. In the event that a package arrives damaged, please first contact the courier who delivered the package and report the damage. It may prove helpful to photograph the damages. Once damages have been properly reported to the courier, please notify Cascade HealthCare Products.

ERRORS ON ORDERS

At Cascade HealthCare Products, we take pride in preparing your order accurately, which is why errors are exceptionally rare. However, in the event that we make an error on your order, please let us know and we will be happy to handle any replacement costs.
