SHIPPING & RETURNS


SHIPPING

At Cascade we appreciate your need to know the exact shipping cost when you place your order. As a result, we have carefully evaluated all shipping charge programs available for use on our website. We found that most standardized shipping programs overcharge the customer to accommodate newer shipping methods that calculate shipping based on dimensions of a shipment and not on the weight.

When we compared actual charges calculated in our warehouse vs. what a standardized shipping program charges, our calculated shipping cost always comes up less. At Cascade we believe customers should only be charged the actual costs for shipping, and so we have chosen to calculate shipping only after your order is packed in our warehouse.

You will see two charges on your credit card: one charge is for the merchandise and the second charge will be for cost of shipping.

OUR PROCESS

Once you place your order, we process it and compare the shipping cost using all available carriers. We then choose the carrier that is most cost effective and timely. Shipping costs will be charged separetly on your credit card.

SHIPPING QUOTES

If you would like to know the cost of shipping prior to us charging your credit card, request a shipping quote in the comment box on the Shopping Cart page. For all quote requests, we e-mail you the shipping option and corresponding costs for you to choose from. Important to Note: When we do this, your order is held until we receive approval from you to process the order.

You can also send an email to cascadeorders@gmail.com and request a shipping quote. When doing this, please provide your shipping address and a list of items you wish to order. We will email you the cost of shipping.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you require your order by a certain date, please indicate that in the comment box on the Shopping Cart page. If your order requires expedited shipping based on your requested delivery date, we will send you a quote of the cost for all shipping options. You must then reply to our e-mail letting us know which option you prefer.

RETURN

Cascade HealthCare Products has a 30-day return policy which applies to unused merchandise returned in perfect condition. You are responsible for return-shipping costs and for properly packaging products in a way which will prevent damage. Items received in damaged condition due to improper packaging will not receive credit.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Birth Kits

  • Disposable Birth Items

  • Bulk Herbs

DAMAGED PACKAGING

At Cascade HealthCare Products, our staff works hard to ensure your purchase is packaged accurately and properly for safe delivery. In the event that a package arrives damaged, please first contact the courier who delivered the package and report the damage. It may prove helpful to photograph the damages. Once damages have been properly reported to the courier, please notify Cascade HealthCare Products.

ERRORS ON ORDERS

At Cascade HealthCare Products, we take pride in preparing your order accurately, which is why errors are exceptionally rare. However, in the event that we make an error on your order, please let us know and we will be happy to handle any replacement costs.
